FAST FLIP FORMULA BALI BREAKTHROUGH RETREAT 2025

1. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

The Retreat is designed for informational, educational, and networking purposes only. Nothing presented should be construed as financial, legal, or medical advice. The Company and its representatives do not guarantee any specific results. By attending, you accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided during the Retreat.

2. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

2.1 Payment Requirements

● All payments must be made in full prior to the event.

● Payment plans may be available at the Company’s discretion.

● The Attendee is only considered fully registered once full payment has been received.

2.2 Deposits

●  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

●  If you choose a payment plan, the deposit is deducted from the total Retreat price. •        

● Payment plan options, if available, will be agreed upon at registration.

2.3 Final Payment Deadlines

● Full payment must be made no later than 90 days prior to the event start date.

● Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

2.4 Refund Policy

● Cooling-Off Period: You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of payment. Cancellations within this period will incur a 5% processing fee.

● After 7 Days: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

● No Show: If you fail to attend the Retreat, no refunds or credits will be given.

● Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, border closures), we may reschedule or offer credit towards a future event. If no suitable alternative is available, refunds will be considered in compliance with ACL.

2.5 Transferring Your Ticket

● If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual up to 30 days prior to the event start date.

● A $150 AUD administration fee applies for all ticket transfers.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

3.1 Rescheduling Your Own Attendance

● 60+ Days’ Notice: You may transfer to another Retreat within 12 months at no additional cost.

● 30-60 Days’ Notice: A 30% transfer fee applies.

● Less than 30 Days’ Notice: You forfeit your booking and no refund or transfer will be granted.

3.2 Event Cancellation by the Company

● We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Retreat at any time.

● In the event of cancellation, you will be offered a credit towards a future event of equal value within 12 months.

● If rescheduling is not feasible, refunds will be processed via the original payment method, subject to Square’s refund policies and processing times.

● The new Attendee must accept these Terms & Conditions.

4. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

● The Retreat does not include flights, travel insurance, visas, or airport transfers unless explicitly stated.

● You are responsible for ensuring your travel arrangements comply with all entry requirements for Bali.

●We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY

● You acknowledge that participation in any activities during the Retreat is voluntary and at your own risk.

● If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, it is your responsibility to consult a doctor before attending.

● You agree to disclose any dietary restrictions in advance. While we strive to accommodate, we cannot guarantee that all needs will be met.

● No alcohol or drug consumption is permitted during any official retreat activities.

● You must follow all local laws and safety guidelines while in Bali.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

● You agree to release and indemnify the Company, its directors, employees, and contractors from any liability related to injury, loss, damage, or delays incurred before, during, or after the Retreat.

● The Company is not responsible for any personal property loss or theft during the event.  

7. MEDIA CONSENT & PRIVACY

● The Company may record video, photos, and audio during the Retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.

● By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials.

● If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must notify us in writing before the event.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

● All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner.

●The Company reserves the right to remove any Attendee for disruptive, inappropriate, or dangerous behavior, with no refund given.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

●  The Company is not liable for failure to perform any obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

◦         Natural disasters

◦         Government restrictions

◦         Pandemic-related travel bans

◦         Airline cancellations

● If the Retreat is postponed due to force majeure events for a period exceeding 12 months, attendees may request a refund or choose to transfer their payment to a future event.  

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be handled in Australian jurisdiction.
